Amposta whole autumn week. 2011

HOME AGAIN!!

Hi everybody!!
After many hours of cryings and tears... missings-you and I-love-yous... we have arrived home. Mommies and daddies were waiting for us, even Benito. Again at home!! Nice remembrances from Amposta, very good friends among our Zaragoza partners and promises to meet them again in Ibiza when we are 18!! Ok, maybe, at the end of the year in Alcalá or in El Pilar, who knows it?

We have spent very nice days, we have lived great experiences... We wish we could repeat next year...

Thanks to everybody there in Amposta. They have been marvellous, patient, kind... with us.
Hope to meet you again in the next adventure. Nice dreams.

FRIDAY!!! LAST DAY!! PITY AND TEARS!!!

Hi everybody!!
After the terrorific night we spent yesterday night, today the sun has shined all day long and we have enjoyed a lot the perchar activity. In the afternoon, after a delicious paella, we have been preparing our performance and making some magnets to have a souveneir from these marvellous days. We have been very successful in our project and everybody has clapped at us. Great!!! We have had a shower and dinner time. Now everybody's dancing at the disco... Cool!!!
We have to say that we arrived here on Sunday crying because we missed you, parents and now we come back home crying because we don't want to come back home and leave this place and all of friends behind, well, in Zaragoza. A couple of days more... maybe... but it is not possible. The week is over and our tears flood our eyes... We have enjoyed a lot, A LOT!!! 

Thursday!!!

Hi everybody!!!
Today has been a very Olympic day!!! In the morning we have been competing in some kind of Olympic Games. Cool!! But the best part of the day has been the SWIMMING POOL!!!! Just ten minutes or so but enough to show our sculptural bodies and nice bikinis and swimsuits...
In the afternoon, after having our free time, we have been in the disco preparing our performance for tomorrow. It will be the best!!!
Now we are ready for dinner and for an exciting horror adventure when the moon shines in the sky... Hahaha...

Different adventures in Amposta

WEDNESDAY

Hi everybody!!
The sun is shining and the sky is totally blue!!! Thank God we are going to enjoy a very beautiful day today!!! Yesterday we spent the morning on a cruise along the "delta del Ebro". Although it was a rainy and grey day, we enjoyed it a lot. We took lots of photos and bought souveniers. In the afternoon we were working on our project and after having pizza for dinner, we were playing some funny games at the disco before going to bed. We were really tired... Miss you mommies and daddies, but just a little!!.

MONDAY

Good Morning!

We have survived our first night of English immersion!  We woke up at 8:30 to get ready for our first big day.  After breakfast, we were divided into groups and went to our first English class.  The topic for today was renewable energy, at which we learned about wind farms in preparation for our upcoming excursion!  After class, we piled into a bus and went to an actual wind farm nearby.  We learned all about the windmills and got to see them up close.  Some interesting facts to share are that 1 blade weighs 1 ton and the nacelle, which holds the generator, weighs 23 tons!  This afternoon, we will begin our project work, and this evening, we will play a group game.  More info to come!

Amposta Arrival!

Hello All!

We arrived safe and sound last night at around 6:00 PM.  After a 6 hour drive, we were ready for some fun activities!  We found our rooms and unpacked.  Then, we played some introductory games with our peers from Zaragoza and made some new friends!  Dinner was served, followed by a short disco dance, and then we went to bed to rest up for our first full day.  We are excited for the week to come!
